Sant Joan de Binissaida Wedding

Over the weekend we have been at Sant Joan de Binissaida near Sant Lluis for another wedding celebration on the Balearic island of Menorca. This time the party was mainly British. Part of the celebration included a jaleo with three Menorcan horses. This added something very special and unique to the celebration. Quite apart from this however, the atmosphere was electric anyway. Certain elements to a good wedding celebration are the music and the food and wine. Both were exceptional.

The musicians were flown in from Malaga on the mainland. The three musicians which consisted of a DJ a violinist and a saxophonist did a great job. You can see that from our photograph. Playing some old school classics to the accompaniment of the instruments really worked a treat. Nowadays the reliance on local talent is not entirely necessary. We have been to many wedding and event celebrations where the musicians are flown to the celebration. Get the music right and the rest will fall into place nicely.

If you want more photographs, contact details or anything else from our Binissaida wedding then please get in touch and we will be happy to help out.
