Ca’s Mila Wedding

Ca’s Mila is located on Cala Tarida, a white sandy cove west of San Antonio. The beach bar and restaurant reach down to the beach from the many terraces which cascade down the rock face to the beach bar on the beach. Everything is painted brilliant white with terracotta tiling.

The lay-out is very interesting with chill out areas, beach bar with decking for diners and the upper terraces which look out across the Mediterranean and the classic west coast sunset which is the important time for the Ibiza west coast revellers.

The upper terraces give great vantage points fir photographers looking down on the ceremonial area. In addition, group photographs are best captured in these areas as the backdrop is the sea. It really couldn’t be better.

If you need smaller group photographs or just more intimate couple photographs then the beach or even the smaller coves near Tarida serve as good locations.

Part of the process to the wedding shoot is making sure everything is working properly and you have back up. Two camerabodies are essential but fresh batteries, cables, IR triggers and flash heads with fully charged battery. Getting the kit working to eliminate any problems before the shoot is essential.

More often than not photographic equipment needs replacing, servicing and maintaining. Being professional means you turn up to the shoot with everything in good working order. We use portable lighting kits to get the best results from.our wedding portraits. Although this adds much more equipment to your kit list it gives incredible results, delivering better wedding photography. This adds more preparation time to the kit test and here you can see our process in Ibiza before the shoot at Ca’s Mila.
