Pollensa Wedding

Pollensa is one of my favourite towns on the island of Mallorca. If you know Mallorca well then you’ll certainly have visited the old town and know how beautiful it is. Therefore, when Carolyn contacted us to organise a portfolio viewing and discuss their plans,  I was very much hoping that the commission would go ahead. A few weeks after the meeting in the North of England, they confirmed the wedding photography. We were thrilled and we awaited the date. After several postponements because of Covid, we finally got the go ahead. When the day arrived, it was almost three years in the making. The pandemic put stoppers on all the big celebrations across the islands for two years, so it was with great pleasure when finally confirmation on the villa location near Pollensa was finally booked.

Carolyn and Jake are a couple from Yorkshire, near my winter base in England, near the cities of Sheffield and Leeds. Although their home is close to our home in winter, we do offer face to face meetings on the islands before the wedding takes place. The small selection of photographs on our portfolio page display what was a perfect day. Enjoyed by their dearest family and closest friends, on a day where the sun bathed them in natural light and warmth.

The food, ceremony, flowers were all supplied by several English and Scottish suppliers living near Pollensa. Suppliers we would be happy to recommend and who all bilingual. We know many across the island. Regarding our services – if you would like to see our printed portfolios, please write to us or call us.  We travel extensively around the British Isles over winter for face to face appointments for our summer customers on the Balearic Islands. For weddings in 2023, it would be a pleasure to come and introduce ourselves and our work. We already have dates in the diary in Scotland and Wales in addition to London and the Midlands.
