Castell son Claret

Hotel Son Claret

Now in it’s third season the Hotel Castell Son Claret is fast becoming one of ‘the’ venues on Mallorca to host weddings.

Castell Son Claret is one of those venues which photographers love to photograph, simply because it is that spectacular that every photograph will have a beautiful backdrop. Now in it’s third season, the gardens are maturing, with the most impressive approach to any hotel we have seen on the island. The outdoor spaces have been beautifully landscaped with winding paths and water features which make a perfect location for any photographer to get some lasting images of the wedding couple.

The hotel has been designed so that the wedding party and other guests can be separated, leaving everyone to enjoy their visit to this recently restored castle in the peaceful Mallorcan countryside. If you know your date for your wedding however, taking the castle exclusively will always be the better option if the hotel can offer this. Earlier the better here as people book well in advance.

On several wedding which we have photographed here, the courtyard in the centre is the preferred place to have the wedding reception. Candlelit and surrounded by the high stone walls, the place is atmospheric. With the kitchens just behind the top table area, the service is efficient and seamless. An important part of the operation with seventy to over a hundred guests to feed.

This venue should be definitely on your list of venues to visit if you’re heading over to Mallorca to choose your wedding venue. If you need any information from Britton Brothers then please do get in touch.
