Binissaida Bride
Our latest wedding shoot took place at Rural Hotel Sant Joan de Binissaida near Sant Lluis on the island of Menorca. Head to our Blog section for more photographs from this venue and wedding.
The bridal preparations were at the family home in Trebeluger. The bride, an architect in Paris, worked on the conversion so it was important to try and incorporate many of the features of the house into the photography. The ceremony was thn down the road at Sant Lluis.
Much of the time however was spent at Rural Hotel Sant Joan de Binissaida. You can get a sense of what this venue is like from the photographs on our Blog. Immaculate from the soft, manicured grass to the food which comes from the kitchen. Every detail of this converted house has been restored to it’s former splendor.
Where they really excel though is the food. The head chef owns Ses Forquillas and El Rais, both in Mahon. They are all exceptional restaurants and deserve the reputation they have. They are the best places to eat in Mahon and perhaps the island.
All one hundred and seventy guests were served food on the lawned area near the pool under the canopy of the mature pine trees. A perfect setting under the full glare of the sun.
What is really pleasing about this venue is the abundance of locations to execute all the family photographs which could be asked for at a wedding. Particularly at the lower garden area. You can also see these on our Blog. An area where we shot the group photograph, throwing of the bouquet and some individual photographs of the couple and small group photographs.
It’s always a pleasure to photograph here. Having a venue like this ensures the portfolio will always look very strong.
