Saint James Securities are a property development company based in Leeds and have largely contributed to the reshaping of Leeds city centre. This latest acquisition is a mill in Halifax which they will transform into shops, offices, living accommodation, bars and restaurants and their philosophy for the project will be to turn it into a self sufficient micro city.
